The CAT has published the CC’s final determination on price controls in appeals brought by Sky/TalkTalk and BT.

Institutional reform
Details on plans for the new single Competition and Markets Authority, which will take on the functions of the CC and the Office of Fair Trading’s competition functions and consumer enforcement powers.
The current intention is that the new authority will be established in October 2013 and fully functioning in April 2014.
