The Legal team conducts legal analysis and provides legal advice in connection with investigations, the implementation of remedies, litigation and the wider policy work of the CC.
Biography
Roland Green joined the CC in 2010 from DECC. As a member of the Government Legal Service since 1986, he has advised government departments on a wide variety of areas of UK and European law and regulation, including nuclear energy (2007-2010), better regulation (2007-2008), telecommunications and postal services (2004-2006), competition and merger law (2000-2006) and prisons and criminal sentencing (1997-2000).
