Inquiry Directors co-ordinate all the CC's work for particular investigations, involving professional and support staff across the CC and working with the Chair and members of the inquiry group.
Biography
Tim Jarvis joined the CC in 2012. He spent the previous five years at the Greater London Authority leading teams carrying out inquiries on behalf of elected Members. Prior to this, he worked at the House of Commons initially as a specialist on welfare reform and private pensions in the research library and subsequently supporting Select Committees and providing procedural advice to MPs. He has also worked at the National Audit Office on an inquiry into the operational performance of PFI prisons and started his career working in social housing. He has an MSc in Politics and Government from the University of London.
