Biography
Professor Sudi Sudarsanam (appointed in 2005) is Emeritus Professor of Finance & Corporate Control at Cranfield School of Management. He is the author of Creating Value from Mergers and Acquisitions: The Challenges and co-editor of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance in Europe. He has been associate editor of the Journal of Business Finance & Accounting and Review of Behavioural Finance. He is Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at the Mergers and Acquisitions Research Centre, Cass Business School, London and an affiliate of the Centre for Management Buyout Research at Nottingham University. He is a visiting professor at Imperial College, London and has been a visiting professor at US and European universities. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
