Emerging thinking document and annexes
Note by the CC
“The CC’s Emerging Thinking” (published
on 11 January 2005) sets out the current thinking on the central
issues of the Inquiry that appear to merit consideration under
the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002. Ten annexes, summarising
the evidence on which the Emerging Thinking is based, have
also been published (2 February 2005). The documents draw
on evidence from consumer surveys, which are also published
on this website.
