The spouse of one of the Economic Advisers working on the Nufarm UK Limited/AH Marks Holdings Limited merger inquiry works for an economic consultancy, which has been appointed by one of the parties to give advice on this inquiry. The Economic Adviser’s spouse is not and will not be involved on this case.

The Accounting Adviser has 21 shares in Monsanto, and in accordance with our normal practice this matter will be disclosed on the CC’s website.

The CC does not believe that this matter will prejudice the ability of the staff team, the Economic Adviser, nor the Accounting Adviser to advise the inquiry group and to administer the investigation in an independent and impartial manner.
