Following the publication of the Groceries Remittal Decision the CC reviewed the calculations relating to Appendix C. This has resulted in a minor alteration to the overall net present value, reducing it from £2,782 million to £2,770 million. This makes no difference to the CC’s decision. It has, however, resulted in a number of changes to tables 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 which are indicated in the revised Appendix C.
