Ratcliff Palfinger/Ross & Bonnyman merger: CC invites evidence

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has referred the anticipated acquisition by Ratcliff Palfinger Limited of the commercial vehicle tail lifts spare parts business of Ross & Bonnyman Limited to the Competition Commission (CC).
