CC provisionally clears Thomas Cook/Co-op travel agency joint venture

The Competition Commission (CC) has provisionally cleared the anticipated travel business joint venture between Thomas Cook, the Co-operative Group (Co-op) and the Midlands Co-operative Society (Midlands).
