CC publishes proposals on Centrica Undertakings

The Competition Commission (CC) has published for consultation its provisional decision on the variations it proposes to make to Undertakings given by Centrica Storage Ltd (CSL) and Centrica plc (together ‘Centrica’) following Centrica plc’s acquisition in 2002 of the Rough gas storage facility (Rough).
