CAT refers wholesale broadband access price control matters to the CC

18 Nov 2011

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has referred to the Competition Commission (CC) price control matters in an appeal brought against Ofcom by British Telecom (BT) against the Wholesale Broadband Access Charge Control. The reference is about the prices that BT is allowed to charge for the supply of certain wholesale services to other Communications Providers to enable them to provide retail broadband connection products to business and residential customers.
