Anglo/Lafarge joint venture - Competition Commission invites evidence

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has referred the proposed UK joint venture between Anglo American PLC (Anglo American) and Lafarge S.A. (Lafarge) to the Competition Commission (CC).
