Pre-Enterprise Act 2002 inquiries

Inquiries referred to the CC before the Enterprise Act 2002 came into force were investigated by the CC under the Monopolies and Restrictive Practices (Inquiry and Control) Act 1948; the Monopolies and Restrictive Practices Commission Act 1953; the Monopolies and Mergers Act 1965; and the Fair Trading Act 1973.
