Phoenix Natural Gas Limited price determination

On 28 November 2012 the CC submitted its final determination (including appendices) in the Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd (PNGL) price control inquiry to the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (UR) in accordance with Article 16(4) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (the Order). Under Article 16(5) of the Order, UR must send the CC’s determination to the licence holder (PNGL) and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment Northern Ireland (DETI), and then publish the report, after allowing DETI not less than 14 days to make any necessary redactions.
