HR Adviser (Operations)
Salary Range: £26,400 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
The Competition Commission is looking for a new HR Adviser to improve and co-ordinate its transactional processes. The job is managed by the Head of HR and sits within a small generalist team. The main focus of the job is the administration linked to HR functions such as pay, pensions, recruitment, secondments, training and information systems.
The role will particularly suit someone who has a CIPD qualification and who has previously worked in a public sector organisation. The ideal candidate will take pleasure in well-run processes and accurate record-keeping. They will be able to persuade others to comply with systems and will always be helpful, enthusiastic and approachable.
